Clifford Cohen - Founder
For 30 years Clifford has been heading up Collaborate Pictures, producing commercial content and brand films for companies such as Nokia, Sony Bravia TV and Nickelodeon.
Clifford’s first foray in film was in 1992 working as the Executive Producer on an independent feature, A Weekend with Barbara and Ingrid.
He has an innate ability in spotting a good story, in developing it and realizing it. That’s what he did for Saving Flora as he was instrumental, not only in the development of this film, but he played an important role in producing it.
Clifford’s strong sense of community led him to create AnimAction, an award-winning K12 media arts program that integrated animation with curriculum, helping kids animate their world.
With strong presentation skills, Clifford has spoken at numerous international media events such as, SIGGRAPH, Annecy International Animation Festival, The World Summit on Media for Children and SXSWedu.
He now works closely with Akula Films as Head of Development.
